Menopause – the great unknown!  Why didn’t anyone prepare us well for this time?  Fun things like dry eyes, itchy ears, worsening allergies, along with anxiety, low moods and feeling like your hair is turning gray just from the daily exhaustion. With stress and the hormone fluctuations, hot flashes, mood changes and sleepless nights, we wonder if it will ever end.

It does, it will get better and soon enough, you will be on the other side of the hormone rapids!  But what can we do in the crossing, when the rapids are pulling us down?

This is where a community can really step in and say “Hey, I’m there too. You’re not crazy and you’re not alone.”
